• Pilates Equipment Fusion

  Fusion class takes advantage of almost every piece of Pilates equipment at LightSpace - including the Reformer, Jumpboard, Chair, Springboard, Rebounder (trampoline!) and more - to build a challenging, exciting, and spontaneous class each week. Fusion improves postural alignment, strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and mental focus with the added benefit of toning and shaping the entire body At LightSpace, your Pilates practice is more than just physical exercise. Our mission is to help clients find energetic flow and harmony in the body, so in addition to Pilates we utilize the energetic principles of Qigong and guided meditation – ultimately a West meets East approach. The result is a more holistic approach to fitness for healthier and more efficient movement in every aspect of your life. Please note, we highly recommend three privates before joining a group equipment class
